As a team member, I helped develop a comprehensive marketing plan for SeaScan, a start-up app. We conducted thorough primary and secondary research, analyzed competitors, and researched the target market to develop a detailed marketing mix. We utilized promotion, place, and price tactics to market the app on campus and social media. Our plan included the creation of customer personas and a marketing funnel, as well as specific objectives and KPIs to measure the success of the plan. Through this process, we effectively addressed the challenges of the market and provided a solid foundation for SeaScan's success strategies.
